2. Have you got a key card?

3. Here's how to find one:

4. Have you followed the footprints in the gazebo?

5. There's something stuck between the floorboards.

6. Use something sharp to get it out.

7. Tap the footprints in the gazebo.

8. Tap the uppermost footprint to follow it.

9. Use the screwdriver, the shard or a key card on the thing between the boards.

10. You now have the red key card. But do you know which room it goes to?

11. Have you gained access to the room behind the reception desk yet?

12. Use the key card on the card encoder to get the room number it goes to.

13. You can now use the elevator.
