How do I enter my late client's room?
1. First you need to get into the room off the front desk.

2. There's a key card on the notice board.

3. But you need to activate it.

4. You will need access to Deirdre's computer for that.

5. Open the Room Access App.

6. Scroll down to Redding's room, and tap the padlock. The key card is now reactivated.
