How do I operate the grenade?
You can tap each "slice's" numbers to lift it and swap it with any other slice, until they all are in the correct order.

How do the numbers connect, though? Are they decimals? Or does the point mean something else?

Regard the two digits at either side of the point separately. Actually regard everything separately.

For example 6, 3 and 3, 3.

Or in other words, 9 and 6?

Add up the two digits on either side of a point to make a number, and place them next to two digits that make up the same number. A slice will turn yellow when the slices next to it are both correctly connected.
