Talk to Wally about the glass. He'll agree that cheating is the way forward. That's what friends are for, after all.

Now where would you find a stray coffee bean?

Look on the coffee bar counter. Take the last bean from the empty coffee bag.

Now show Wally your idea and let him help you.

Talk to the Physicals to start, turn around to face Wally, then talk to them again to show them the bean in the glass.
