What are the cards in the Three Skills Club telling me?

Go backstage and tap the Broadway sign. Some letters shine brighter than others.

Go to the switches on the left of the sign and set it up so that the switches point to the correct positions to spell out BODY.

Get the dongle from the dropped sack. Maybe the other part is hidden somewhere nearby?

Tap the shoes in the box to reveal the other half.
