It's supposed to be faxed somewhere, but what is the number?

Try and work out the percentages of the SECTORS described in the fax.

Putting those percentages in order of sector number will give you the answer.

The largest sector is the yellow one, at 60%.

From the text it can be worked out that the largest sector would be sector 3.

Sector 1 is 1/4 of 60 then, which would make it 15.

From that it follows that 15 is 3/4 of sector 2, which would make sector 2, 20%

Sector 4 is 1/3 of sector 1 (15), which comes to 5%.

So we have Sector 1: 15, Sector 2: 20, Sector 3: 60, Sector 4: 5
